ChelsCutie asked:
I have several freshwater fish and several live plants. What is the best way to move the tank?? Should I drain out most of the water and then move the tank?? Or drain all of the water, remove the fish and plants, and then move the tank?? Also, if I need a seperate tank, can I dump the fish in right away if it’s the same water, or do I have to start with fresh water and let it cycle through the new tank. Any feedback and help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

I love the Ne-mo looking fish and the all Yellow (I think the name is Tang). The problem is I don’t think I can keep up with a saltwater fish tank. I want the look of a saltwater tank with freshwater fish. What different kinds can I get and what other fish can they live together with (that is full of color)? Thanks in advance. (I am in Spring Hill, Fl)

This is a very small tank. Just a bit bigger than having a fish bowl. A friend gave it to me and i have it up and running with a filter, heater, etc. The temp ranges from 76 to 78 degrees. What kind of freshwater fish can I get to live in it? I know a beta would work. I know male betas need to live alone. But is there any other kind of fish that could live in such a tank?

I have a 2.7 gallon tank with only three small pink minnows in it. I am thinking of getting another kind of fish. What kinds of fish can live with them comfortably, but so that my other fish don’t get hurt or get eaten. Oh, by the way, the fish are only about 3/4 - 1 inch long.

I just managed to melt my plastic tubes necessary to make my pump pull water. Will the fish be alright until tomorrow morning when I can replace the pump?
The tank is 12 gallon and not long, but tall. The pump is also the filter, so currently there is no air or water movement. There are 12 fish in it including, red tail shark, two white cat suckers on bottom, 3 neon, 3 red tails and 3 ?
